Hi Im backing up my ipod touch to itunes as a new backup but it seems to be taking an awful long time, now it has been stuck on the same bit for over 15 mins
Do u think it has crashed ,should i try again
help

Do you have the AppSniper app installed?
There is a known issue with the quantity of icons that AppSniper caches, which significantly slows down the backup process (mine was taking around 45 minutes & dumping around 12,000 tiny files into the Apple mobile sync backup directory on my PC).
The latest version of AppSniper has a work around - there is a "Clear icon Cache" option in the settings dialog, you need to manually select that option before syncing. Apparently the developer is working on an automated fix for this issue.
