I recently received an iPod radio alarm for Christmas and so have many of the plastic dock inserts that I do not need. These include:
No 3 - iPod Mini
No 4 - iPod 4th generation 10/15gb
No 5 - iPod 4th generation 30gb
No 6 - iPod Photo 30gb
No 7 - iPod Photo 40/60GB
