when i searched in-ear headset for iphone in google, i at last chose two web site.
from the picture and the description, they are same, but prices are much different!

US$22.95 boxwave

Since you have provided very little information, I can either assume one is a refurbish or has mass produced packing (meaning it's basically in some shrink wrap).
Or it could be a counterfeit, lots of possibilities.

Global capitalistic competition?
TheSource (wholesaler) quotes like 5 units minimum, I did not go all the way to check to find out if it let me order just 1. Also, careful about cheap product but expensive shipping! These folks don't take credit card which tells me this is probably a Chinese outfit with a longist ship time. And if u have prob with it, forget any return.
Boxwave looks more like your online retailer with full warranty and return no question asked (but with re-stocking fee probly).
