I followed all the instructions and everything, and i looked for info on google but nothings helping. I click on my ipod under devices, but there is no game section, and i have 22 games on my apps. Why isnt this working?

It sounds like you have "click wheel" games which are only compatible with iPods with a click wheel and not the touch or iPhone. Only games from the Apps section of iTunes Store will work on the touch.
If they are from the Apps section of the store check the Apps sync tab for the touch when connected to iTunes, the touch does not have a Games tab. The touch also has a setting on it in the Settings/General/Restrictions that will prevent items from syncing.
