PC Crash and iPhone Apps?

My PC Crashed yesterday. Luckily I had a backup of my music. When I went to sync my Nano iTunes thought I was on a new computer. So I had to resync everything.
Will I lose my apps that I've purchased when I go to sync my iPhone now? I don't want to sync until I'm sure of what will happen.

When you connect it make sure you read any pop up messages.

Then go to File - Transfer purchases. This will transfer back all of the apps but not the contacts so don't sync after the transfer.

Get an external HD and back up your computer.

I'm not concerned about contacts. I have them syncing Outlook so they SHOULD be safe I think.
I've got my PST file backed up just as I had my music backed up. I just didn't back up whatever iTunes needs to identify itself...
