Iphone 2g Wifi troubles HELP!!!!

Hi so this problem has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I connect to a wireless network (home) or (school) and i get kicked off right away. sometimes i am able to use the network for a short period of time before getting kicked off again.

I have tried resetting network settings to restoring my iphone and nothing seems to fix my problem.

Sometimes it says cannot activate cellular data when i try to use safari.

I borrowed my friends iphone and took it home and his iphone wifi seems to work fine at my house so im guessing it isnt my router.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Are you able to use Edge and 3G just fine? If you've done a restore I'm going to assume the wi-fi radio connector is lose.

My friend had a problem like this one. He would connect to a network and it would let him load a page in the browser and then it would drop. Sometimes it wouldn't even pick up wireless connections at all. His phone was not a 3g though.

We went to the Apple Store and they ended up giving him a new iPhone.
