Hey, I'm using Win98SE and a 3G iPod using FireWire to connect. I read that a new feature in Media Center 10 is that it can now recognize the iPod if it's assigned to drive B. Someone posted a bug that it didn't before. So, I'm wondering, how the frick can you assign it drive B? Is this something you can only do in XP? I'm not planning on getting a 5.25" floppy anytime soon, so I would like to use B for it. Sometimes during boot, my computer forgets about my E drive and then that's the one that iPod gets, and that screws up my media library syncing. I tried editing something using regedit, and changed F to B, and the unplug or eject hardware screen showed it as B:, but it still said F under My Computer. Connecting it again, Windows reset it to F. Anyone know?
