Hi everybody,
I'd like my iphone to sync automatically when data changes on the computer. E.g, a playlist changes, or a new Outlook event is created etc. Is it possible? Right now to have those changes transferred I have to manually press Sync.
Thanks,
Vitaly
MobileMe will take care of the contacts/calendar changes, although you have to get an account and make the changes through MobileMe. . I have not heard of a way to do playlist changes wirelessly.
I'm pretty much a newbie but I haven't heard of other ways to do this. MS Exchange might be another option for the Outlook stuff, but I haven't researched it at all.

ronr is correct, there isnt a way to update your iphones music automatically as of right now and I dont think it will ever happen since it would take way too much wireless bandwidth to do so. It would take forever to change things. As far as outlook goes, you have the MS Exchange option if your work offers it or you could go with the MobileMe option, but that is $99 a year and honestly I couldnt get it to work. It wouldnt send everything from my computer to my iphone. Disclaimer: I am a newbee as well so my information might be incorrect, if so I apologize before hand. But this information is to the best of my knowledge.
