I am expierencing two issues which may be related.
1) The slider to turn wifi on/off is locked and greyed out to "off." No restrictions are enabled.
2) The battery will not hold a charge. Should I go through Apple or can a third party replace it for less? My serial number has been covered up through Colorware if that makes any difference.
~Are these issues related? They came about at the same time.
