Ipod Touch 2G EMERGENCY PROBLEM!!!!!

My itouch 2g all of a sudden pauses when i take a picture of a screenshot and the whole screen it just white and it won't let me shut it down and it won't turn on even when i plug it in to the computer and sync it (2 hours)

Have you tried reseting it? (Hold the home button and the sleepp/wake button for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears)

If resetting it dosen't work then restore it with iTunes
