Hi all, iPod nano noob here with a few questions. Hopefully the brain trust here can enlighten me!
1. My volume isn't linear. At approx. 90% volume on the volume display equals about 50% volume in the headphones. The upper 50% of actual volume is controlled by ~10% of the slider bar and it very difficult to find a good happy volume level since it's so touchy. Why is my actual volume not linear with the volume display?
2. What on earth is that little white plastic thing that the nano comes with used for? For the life of me, I cannot figure it out.
