Volume issue

It seems that when im listening to my ipod touch with some songs it cuts out the volume.. so im thinking that im muting it somehow but thats not the case. The song will cont. to play but with no sound. But if i back track in the song about 5 sec. everything seems to work it will cont. as normal, im just wondering if this is an issue that is resolved with a patch or is anyone else is having the issue. I thought that it might be the media that im putting on the phone but it plays on the computer just fine.

Never had that issue or read about it.

It maybe something to do with your music or a defective Touch but I doubt it is a firmware issue or many, many people would of seen this a complained.
