I haven't had my Touch a week yet, and this thing has frozen on me 3 times! How am I suppose to reset?

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Where's the Sleep/Wake button?It's the small, long black on the top of the iPod.

Well it happened again! It froze up on me in Music shuffle mode, only this time it would ONLY give me the Apple Logo! It wouldn't give me the Main screen, I turned it on and off like 3 times. Sometimes I left it on for over 3 minutes still NO screen! NONE of my previous 3 ipods gave me this much trouble one week out! I sure hope I don't regret buying this deal!
