I've been saving money to buy an ipod touch (because my old nano got stolen) since last year, now I have the money but I'm not sure if the ipod worths every penny, what do you think?; now, if I decide to buy it, should I wait for a special offer on bestbuy or something? or buy it as soon as possible?; do you know if any special is coming soon? because if I buy it at normal price I will not have enough money for the case and the charger... (any recomendations about a good case and charger)
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
P.D. Do you think I need a warranty or something like that?
Thank you!!!!
Sorry for my bad English...

I can only answer to 1 of ur questions.... there are no iPod *significant* discounts, if u find one, it's fake. So doesn't really matter if u buy now or later.

As bobb stated, Apple doesn't really have any special deals on new iPods. They will normally bundle iPod nanos with the purchase of certain notebooks around summertime when they want to get rid of their inventory but that is about it. Apple does have specials on refurbished iPods but you are almost always buying the previous generation with those.
Amazon.com will occasionally have iPod sales but they have nothing to do with Apple. Right now Amazon is selling a 120GB iPod classic (black) for $220 and 4G 16GB iPod nanos (all colors) for $175.
I don't know what capacity you are looking at purchasing but they are having sales on iPod touch models as well. The sales are not as good as the other iPods but they might be worth a look. A 2G 8GB touch is going for $215, 2G 16GB touch for $290, and a 2G 32GB touch for $395. Those are about the best retail prices that you will get without going to online stores (Amazon marketplace, eBay) and buying a used iPod touch.
You missed the time for Best Buy specials. Best Buy always has specials regarding iPods starting the day after Thanksgiving going all the way into the first week of January. Best Buy won't reduce the prices of these iPods but they throw in other products. Normally an iPod will come with a $15 iTunes Store gift card, the expensive ones will come with a $30 gift card or a $15 gift card and a case. Sometimes Best Buy just includes a case. Either way the time for that has passed.
Get an iPod now. Otherwise you will have to wait until the next generation comes out and retail stores reduce the prices of their current stock. Best Buy will normally sell a last generation iPod for about $20 cheaper than the retail price. Even then the extra $20 is normally worth stepping up in generation.
