Vibrate/Crash bug...

My iphone 1st gen sometimes crashes when I try to answer an incoming call - I cannot hear the person speaking, the screen becomes unresponsive/blank and keeps vibrating for around 5-10 secs(despite having answered the call).

Anyone else have this? Should I be worried? I have 2.2 update installed and my phone is practically new as Apple swapped it recently due to some heating issues.

Try a factory restore through itunes. If that doesn't work hit up Apple warranty again. That's what I would do.
