iTrip Washington DC HELP

I just picked up an iTrip ... but I cant get the thing to pick up in the car at all. At home I managed to put a radio by it and it picked up but I didnt hear a thing in the car.

Can somebody in the DC area let me know what stations they use to listen on? Any help?
