Hard drive failure.

My hard drive packed up last week, and i didnt save my itunes back up anywhere.

I lost most of my apps (that i have now re-downloaded), when i got a new HD and put itunes back on and synced for the first time.

However, i have all of my songs on my phone, but not in itunes.
Is there a way to transfer my tunes from my iphone back into my itunes, or will i have to load my 83 CDs back into it, and spend ages making my own compilations again? Not to mention having to scan the Cd covers that were too obscure for itunes to find last time i put them on.

I have heard that this is a 'one way' transfer (itunes to iphone only), for some stupid reason.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks for your help, but i forgot to say, i use Windows Vista.
Senuti appears to be only for the Mac.

Yea I guess it is. It used to be multi platform. I also just noticed that it is a paid app now. Well worth the price, but used to be free. Glad I got it before it went paid.
