You have to delete file via iTunes then sync iPod. This applys to all media files.

Not true - it applies to music only. Videos and podcasts can be deleted directly from the iPod - find the file you want to delete, stroke you finger through the file (right to left or left to right) then touch the delete button that appears. You may find that iTunes re-copies the file to your iPod the next time you sync.

I have a song on my Touch purchased under a different ITMS account than the one in my iTunes. I can't sync the song back to iTunes, and can't delete it off of my Touch.
Any ideas? I'd like to avoid a full restore if possible.
