Hello all, I have a Ipo Touch Gen 2 and I would like to know if it's possible to purchase the special video out cable and then connect it to a dvd recorder and record video content purchased from Itunes for personal use or would it be blocked or restricted, does anyone know, thanks...

We can't talk about this, sorry. Due to Apple's EULA and standards, we cannot talk about stepping around DRM in place for iTunes Store videos. Put 2 and 2 together and you should be able to figure things out.

Place video recorder on tripod then focus it in. Now record the media in a apple format or use videora to convert to iTunes then sync to iPod. This works because the video is potrayed as a home video, and not purchased media. Also youcould consider makatama DVD to iPod software $29 for 3 years. This all works for me.
