wat u first hav ta do is stop talking like that. Sorry but many people find it to be annoying and will refuse to help you.
Anyway, the video being in the "mp4 format" does not guarantee that it will work on your iPod. Just because iTunes plays a video doesn't mean that your iPod will play it. Check Apple's website to make sure that your video fits the specs for iPod touch compatibility. My guess is that there is some aspect of the video (whether it be the audio bitrate, audio encoder, video resolution, video format, or video bitrate) that makes it incompatible with your iPod. Just know that a mp4 video can actually be a standard mpeg-4 video (known as h.263) or an mpeg-4 AVC video (known as h.264). There are also many different types of h.263 and h.264 mpeg-4 videos. iPod touch video compatibility is not as simple as having a mpeg-4 video, it has to meet certain specifications.

For one you need screen ratio to be converted at 320 x 640 on iPods. This can be done by using videora a free software title. Just google, install and run now you can put any video on iPod. Did I mention videora is free.
