View Full Version : When I plug in iTouch it says I plugged in my Canon camera

I have had just about every issue with this 16 gig iTouch in the past 3 days. it's only 3 days old, too.
So, now when I plug it in, the computer sees new hardware and a box pops up saying I just plugged in a Canon camera and "Select program to launch this action".
I rebooted my computer and it didn't fix it.

Not iPhone, iTouch. You can't take pics with an iTouch, can you?

Yes. If you have done that, your PC will recognize it as a camera since you've taken a screenshot. Delete it. Problem solve.

I went to my pictures icon and there are only 2 wallpapers in it that I downloaded from a wallpaper app.
I do recall pushing the 2 buttons together when I was trying to reset the iTouch so if I did take a screen cap, where did it put it so i can delete it?

Anyway, the screen shots should be under Pictures, then saved pictures.

Well the only 2 pics are the wallpapers i downloaded, so that must be what's triggering it.

Though I could care less what people call their iPod, I find it a bit annoying they call it the iTouch. Sounds perverted.

mines doing the sme thing, its annoying but once i x out of the box it works fine. i dont have any pictures either
