Folders On An Ipod Touch

I have a 32GB Ipod Touch that I want to use in my car via the AUX input to my car's music system. There will be three main users. Me, my son aged five, my wife and maybe others in future.

I would like the ipod playlist area to contain three folders called Myname, Mysonsname and Mywifesname. Each folder would contain a suitable set of playlists for that particular person making it easy for my son to find his stuff without it being lost amongst mine and my wife's.

Can this be done with an ipod touch ?

Looking at mine, the Playlist section only seems to hold one continuous listing of playlists. There really aren't groupings per say. I suppose you could identify multiple playlists for one user simply by preceding the title of each playlist with their name "Tommys: Gansta music" and "Tommys: 80's Hits". This way they'd stayed grouped together while viewing the full listing of playlists. Make sense?
