Upgraded to 2.1 Itouch now blank!

Hi,

I upgraded to 2.1 which went OK, it was restoring the Ipod (I guess copy the music/videos back to the Ipod), I then stupidly cancelled this initial sync after the upgrade to 2.1.

How do I get my songs back, they were obviously backed up somewhere when the upgrade to 2.1 was carried out.

Do you manually manage your iPod or do you sync?

Do you have all your music stored in iTunes?
