Please help me... I'm devistated...

I've spent months manually updating my iPod Touch because I often get music from my friend's computers and stuff like that. So I don't sync it with my iTunes library.

Recently my Touch won't show the album art on the "Now Playing" screen, but it shows it just fine in Cover Flow and in the Album thumbnail. But not in the Now Playing screen. Why is it doing this? Is it a bug, what did I do wrong??? The funny thing is, it shows the album art for my old songs just fine in Now Playing... it's only new songs that will be blank.

Is there ANY way possibe to fix this without Restoring my iPod and losing my hours and hours and hours of hard work that I spent manually filling my iPod????? Please help me, so I don't become devistated and have to delete my iPod.

I looked around on Google and found someone that had the same problem. They ended up calling apple and were to told to restore their ipod. It had something to do with the Ipod being updated on one computer but the guy was syncing it with another computer to get the music. He had to restore it to fix the problem.

I think there are softwares to backup your music files on your computer. Long time ago, I udes Ipod rip on my 3g 15 gig ipod. So backup all your music, restore the ipod and throw the music back on the ipod from u'r computer.
