I just got a new iPod Touch yesterday and I can't buy any apps for it because a billing information screen comes up and then it won't let me buy the app! It's frustrating! >:(

Your credit card may have expired. That's what happened to me yesterday as well. I had to enter the new expiration date and three number code.
