So is there a way to sort my Apps by name on my touch? My OCD is going off when I move to the next screen...

the only way is to manually move them to where you want them. Hold down any icon until they all start to wiggle, then use your finger to drag them to wherever your OCD heart desires! (of course if you jail break, there are other ways, but that is another story). When you have them set, push the home button and they will stop wiggling. Go to the apple site, there are lots of tips for the touch and iPhone. Hope that helps.

just be careful when u install a new app now or your OCD and You wont be too happy :)
