Serious Help!! Accidentally Deleted "settings" In My Itouch 1st Gen!!!! [Archive]

I installed WinSCP, deleted those unwanted apps (installer and all) but i was too quick, i actually deleted my "settings" in my itouch!!!! Now, my itouch is left with the normal default apps, Cydia, weDict and some games.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! Without settings I'm unable to even check my IP address and login to WinSCP to maybe even have the hope of getting my "settings" app back!! :( :( :( :(

Help will be GREATLY appreciated.. Thanks in advance..... =(((((

I would think your only option is to restore via iTunes.

Thanks dude. I've restore it... Now my thousand over songs are gone and my firmware is 1.1.5.
I have another string of problems to tackle.. =( I need to download itunes 7.5 in order to downgrade my firmware to 1.1.4. However, itunes 7.5 is really difficult to find!!! =((((
Any help?

Well those songs should have been in your iTunes library on your computer. Not my fault.

Thanks dude. I've restore it... Now my thousand over songs are gone and my firmware is 1.1.5.
I have another string of problems to tackle.. =( I need to download itunes 7.5 in order to downgrade my firmware to 1.1.4. However, itunes 7.5 is really difficult to find!!! =((((
