 My i-phone recently got damaged from my sweat. I was working out and i got a phone call that lasted for like 40 minutes. As soon as i finshed my conversation, i went to touch the top part of the screen and it woundnt respond. Its funny because the ear piece must of absorbed my sweat, so therefore only the top part of the screen does not work. So in reality i got an iphone that works half way. My question, is it possible to change an I-pod touch screen with an I-phone?

Bring it to the Apple Store and tell them that it just stopped working all of a sudden. I don't think that the sweat could have just gone in and destroyed it. I'm sure they'll replace it if you just tell them that you went to use it, and it didn't work. Don't try to replace the screen yourself because you yourself know that something is going to go wrong and if something does go wrong, your warranty isn't going to back it up because it is void after opening up the iPhone.

I had the same thing happen with my 1st gen iPhone except I was in my truck and it was triple digits and can't hear over the ac or open window. I just took that as my cue to get a 3g

Restore, unjailbreak and take it to the apple store, say that you tried restoring it to see if that would fix the problem.

Do you think i can replace ipod touch screen with my iphone? is it the same configurations?
Well, in the 1st gen iphone screen is glued to the glass, so everything (screen, digitilizer and glass) is one piece. Therefore, the iPod touch has no whole on the glass for the iPhone speaker, so I don't think it is possible. Your best bet is trying to get a new one at the apple store.

There's something else you need to take into consideration. There's a moisture sensor inside the headphone jack and if that's been tripped, Apple is not going to help you.
