View Full Version : Removing Contacts That Aren't Contacts?

I was using my phone (the Mail app) to write an e-mail and mistyped the e-mail address, resulting in me sending the e-mail to the wrong address but not noticing until afterwards.

Now whenever I begin to type in the correct e-mail address, the mistyped one shows up as a suggestion to use, which obviously I don't want as I'm liable to click it and use it again. Since this e-mail address isn't in my contacts, is there another way to remove it?

I tried to use OpenSSH to see if they were stored on the phone somewhere but I couldn't find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

These suggested email addresses show up for a limited amount of time after first use. So, if you keep using the correct email address in the future, after about twelve times or so you shouldn't see the incorrect address appear any longer.
