I've got a Pioneer headunit and a CD-IB100 ipod adapter for my 2G iphone (FW 2.1) and when I control my Iphone (which works fine), the sound comes out of my iphone and not the speakers in the car.
Tried connecting whilst stereo is on and also when the whole kit is off and still the same. The guy I bought the stereo and CD-IB100 from said he had no such problem but that it wouldn't work at all if he didn't plug his Iphone into the cable before switching on the ignition. As I have said, I have tried both and both do the same thing....control fine, sound from Iphone.
Anyone has any ideas?
