Can you add (or delete) music to your iphone using any other 3rd party application other than iTunes? Any good free ones?
I can't find any. Winamp doesn't work..
I don't use iTunes to manage my music and I can't find any way to get MP3s onto my iPhone :(

there is a program called iphone browser that is free for PC but its not exactly the ideal for removing media on the iphone.
It basically reads your iphone's file structure bare bones, so your music shows up in folders like T009, as do all of the files. There is no way to differentiate which songs are which so deleting would be an all or nothing deal.
Other than that there is nothing, itunes and Apple are very locked down when it comes down to accessing the iphone's files and how they have. Perhaps in the year 2015?
