For some reason wehn the last podcast of a group (i.e. rocketboom or diggnation) plays, then the first one of the group starts up again. If the first one is played, then nothing happens afterwards. It's just the last one in the group always is followed by the first one. The only time this happens is with Podcasts. Songs, albums, etc don't do that.
I have replay turned OFF. The little oval arrows is NOT blue.
I have a 16 gb iPhone 3g. Software version 2.1.

Since 2.1 it has started doing that. It would be great except that I listen oldest first so I start at the bottom and the one I just listened to starts up.

Exactly. I don't want to see podcasts that I've already viewed! And thanks for verifying that there is a problem. Maybe someone will see this and move it up the line and Apple will fix it in 2.2.

I'm not a developer. I don't understand all teh terms used in an official bug report. But I want to let Apple know that at least 2 people have found this bug and want it fixed. Do you have any idea on how to contact them without being a developer?

I don't think it's a bug as much as working like songs on an album, except most people don't start with the last track and listen to it backwards toward the first track

So if you listen to a podcast in the middle of the list, then you think it should start over with the first one in the list? I don't think that is right. The next one that you didn't listen to yet should start up. Not the first one in the list that you have already seen.
This only happens with podcasts. Jason72780 confirmed that its order of playing seems wrong.

Mine always goes to the one after the one i just listened to. Say i have 4 podcasts, I listen to #4 and then when its over it stops. Then i go listen to 3, it finishes and then 4 starts playing again. Same when i listen to #2, 3 starts playing after. Instead of stopping like it used to it goes to the next track in the list, like an album. I dont think its right, but it makes sense if you listen newest to oldest, which i doubt many of us do. If i wanted to listen to a cd from track 14 then 13 down to 1 i couldnt do it. that doesnt make it a bug, just poor implementation of the listening habits of podcast listeners.
