What WINDOWS program do you recommend to manage contacts?

I have about 100 contacts to add to my iphone, from scratch. What application for my PC would you recommend so that I could simply sync the list to my iPhone. It will be much, much easier to type the entries on a PC than to use the iPhone pad.

I personally use Windows Address Book, as I find it much faster to access if I'd like to make a back up or modifications.

You can also use Microsoft Outlook. Which is also good in its own way, since you can manage contacts, calendar and email all in one place.

The iPhone will also sync with your gmail contacts.

i use windows contacts and i love it i dont have one contact on my sim.

i have vista and in itunes i cant use the calendar function. i called the apple store and they told me to use outlook express; IMO outlook express sucks. but if im not misktaken and looked for it and couldn't find outlook express. which to my guess means that windows vista replaced outlook with windows: mail, calendar, contacts, etc. instead of using outlook.

i heard use google calendar to sync but i havent really had a chance to play with it. can someone shed some light on this
