iPhone missing IPOD icon

Hi

Yesterday I moved the ipod icon off the home row. this morning when I went to play some music and discovered the ipod icon was missing.
After reading the manual (imagine that) I found on page 111 that you can go into
Settings
General
Reset
Reset Home Screen Layout

Also, you can set the set the HOME button to the ipod by double clicking it.
Settings
General
Home Button
Select IPOD

Anyway I am hoping somebody can tell me how I deleted the Ipod icon.

I don't think you deleted it for say. most likely something abnormal happen and it was not showing the icon anymore. so when you reset the home screen layout it "fixed" the icon issue and it came back.

I figured it out.

I have been trying to use "Categories"
Categories doesn't call it Ipod it calls it "Mobile Music Player"
When Mobile Music Player is added to a catergoy the Ipod icon disappears.

Categories seems to run a little slow. It may be good for those programs used infrequently.
