Ringtones Problem

I've tried both iRinger and manually renaming AAC files.

I can sync the ringtones into my phone, and I see them on iTunes, but when I open the list of ringtones to select one ON MY PHONE it's just not there. Any help?

Do the tones Sync and not show up? or you trying to get them synced?

You actually have to drag the ringtones onto the iphone if you are in manual mode.
