Okay so I have a 1st gen iphone running on windows vista with itunes 7.5 and I cannot update to a newer version of itunes because it'll mess that up.
I also have my girlfriends 3g ipod nano which was plugged up to our imac. However now we need to run the nano off the vista machine too. Here in lies the problem when I formated the nano to run on the vista machine it updated it to the most recent FW which requires itunes 7.6 or higher. Obviously I cannot upgrade so I want to get the nano back to the 1.0 firmware or what ever will run with itunes 7.5
I have no idea on how to do this and any tutorials I find are only for XP or OSX and I do not have access to either.
Anyone out there able to help me, cause my GF is going to have my balls for breakfast if I dont get this fixed soon!
