Touch G2, iPhone [Archive]

I am a little confused. I keep seeing something about iPhone vx.xx for the G2 Touch. What is this? Does the G2 Touch have some sort of s/w for iPhones????? All response appreciated.

the software for iPhones and iPod touches is pretty much the same - it's just the hardware that determines if you can make phone calls/SMS etc.

Thank you for the response. I did not want to miss anything important. I do love my 32GB Touch and 80GB Video and 4GB Nano.

I believe you are around Brisbane Australia. Is that correct?
