If you look at the bottom of this page:

It says that the coverage is for a Touch 1G. I wonder if the same plan would cover a 2G?
Adding to the confusion, the optional coverage you can choose when ordering from the A.S. is a regular iPod Applecare, not specifically coverage for Touch.
