Pandora and screen saver not playing nice

My own music plays fine on my Touch 2G. However, when I use Pandora, the moment the screen is turned off (top button, or via auto-lock timer) the Pandora audio suffers from several or more drop outs within every 10-15 seconds and continues until the screen is turned back on. Anyone else? Not sure if I need to get another unit or this is endemic.

I emailed Pandora last week and they replied that they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. I listened to LastFM a bit and didn't notice the dropouts when the screen is locked, but I prefer Pandora, so I hope they fix it soon.
