Volume scroll problem?

I'm having trouble with my 32 2gen touch,

when scrolling the volume (screen not side volume) the sound gets all jaggy and scratchy as I'm adjusting the volume, this is a new problem, i've had it for a few weeks and its been fine till now.

it went away eventually, after a couple of weeks.

fraksgeeks, Ive had that problem since I first bought mine. I thought it was normal:confused:
