transmitter for Ipod Nano 3rd Gen?

Hi,
I'm new around here.
I'm sure you get this question a lot, but I need a quick and dirty answer.
I would like a transmitter for my Ipod Nano, 3rd Gen, 4 Gig to go into my new 2003 Nissan Altima.

From what I've read on the net they pretty much all suck, but I still need one.

Any and all advice needed.
