Hello,

I managed to integrate my iPod on my Ford car radio (6000CD, the one with volume button on the left side, without AUX-input).

You can check my blog at ipod-remote . blogspot . com (as a new user I cannot post URL's). There you'll find all the info and schematics on how to build it.

Hello,

once the PCB is made, and you've got your components, it will take you about one weekend to properly build it in your car.
The LCD is one that I still had laying on my shelf; I think the other components cost about 50 euro. You will need an Atmel programmer to program the uC.

In the meanwhile, I'm working on some improvements for the software, but basically, everything is working very stable, with good sound quality!
