View Full Version : Anyone using a Kenwood unit with a 2G touch?

I know the latest Kenwood firmware makes their recent USB car players capable of hooking up a 1G touch (my unit does it right out of the box) straight to USB, but I was wondering if anyone had actually tried hooking up a 2G to see if that was supported? Since it's the same OS, I was thinking perhaps a firmware update would not be necessary. Anyone?

No replies, so I thought I'd ask a related one. Has anyone used their 1G touch that has been upgraded to 2.1 with a Kenwood unit?

For anyone that happens across this, I found the answer from Crutchfield. This unit supports all gens of touchs, with all software/firmware versions. Also supports the 4G nano.
