Streaming from NAS

I know this was mentioned on another tread - but it was not quite the same.

Have a PC (Sorry) with a wireless network and a Synology NAS attached.

the NAS allows UPnP to stream music and video to other devices such as xbox and archos without the computer being on.

Is it possible to use a NAS like this to Stream video to the new Touch version 2?

Well I found a fantastic little application on iTunes.

PlugPlayer - allows you to stream both Video and Music from a NAS or any other UPnP media server straight to you iPod.

After I installed it, the software instantly found my home network and the attached drive. Navigated to a movie, hit go and it started to play straight away. Perfect quality.

Just thought others my be interested. Thanks.
