2-year Best Buy Replacement Warranty (if it breaks best buy will replace it, if the 15gig doesn't exist they will upgrade you).

It is in brand-new condition, no scratches at all.

$300 shipped (yes, same price as in the stores but you get the case + the much better warranty for an essentially brand new iPod.)

I also have a one month old firewire card w/ cable for an additional price.

Sorry, my email account sent notifications of this thread to my bulk mail folder.....

Anyway,

Sorry, no pics (I do not have a digital camera). It is in new condition. There are no scratches or blemishes (I'm so confident that if you are not satisified with my description I will offer a full refund) After I took it out of it's packaging the first thing I did was put it in the neoprene case I bought.

As far as the headphones- the headphones included are the ones the ipod came with. Still in original packaging, never used. I'll include the other pair I was using as well, those are just another paid of generic iPod headphones.
