Ipod Touch Not In Stores But In Others

I went to the 2 nearest Best Buys and they didnt have it, I checked on the internet and yeah it says they didnt have them, (I shouldve checked first) but theirs other Best Buys that have them in stock for store pickup, Did they really run out that fast? I dont wanna drive 1 1/2 hours to a Best Buy that has them in stock.

So does that mean they have them and they ran out of stock? or does that mean the other stores have them in stock but the old ones?

I just wanna know if the stores have them in stock but they run out fast. :eek:

Tiny amounts went in-stock. I got one at an Apple store on Thursday; they had received low single-digits of each new model.

man I was supposed to get one next saturday but if they dont have any then I have to wait until I go again :( Best Buy is like an hour away. (both Best Buys didnt have then in stock)

If I remember correctly, you can check the stock of products at a particular store from Best Buy's website. Search for the iPod Touch, and then see if it's in stock at your local store. I know that's what I did last year when I picked up my 1G iPod Touch.

yeah thats what I did after I went there, they dont have it in stock, im wondering if they just never had them in stock or if they just ran out because of popularity.
