I apologize if this is redundant to a prior post - i searched and didnt' see one much like this:
I've had this problem several times and haven't been able to figure out how to resolve it.
I've had to reformat hard drives and re-install the OS several times. After doing this, i have had to re-install itunes and lose all playlist / usage statistics. I've taken a bit of time creating some pretty nice playlists that I have to re-create. So after this last PC crash (no Apple vs. PC pun, please), I don't want to rebuild the playlists - is there anyway to export them from my IPOD touch so that Itunes can recognize them?
I had attempted to export/back up the playlists but couldn't find them when needed - one playlist that i still had was pretty dated - i'd need to keep these updated/backed up as they are changed - any insight as to utilities that could help me would be appreciated.
