I need HELPPPPP!!!!!

I have an 8g iPhone with 2.0 installed.

The computer I used to sync my iPhone Contacts and Calendars was stolen.

I need to take all of the contacts and calendar entries from my iPhone and install them on my new computer.

I am afraid to try a "Sync" as I don't want to delete any of Contacts or Calendar entries from my iPhone.

How can I upload the Contacts and Calendar from my iPhone to my new computer?

Is there a way to back up the Contacts and Calendar in my iPhone first in case I screw up and have to restore them into my iPhone?

just sync your contacts and calendar to an email or somethin. Go into iTunes and plug your iPhone in. Then click on your iPhone when it pops up and go to info tab. There you can sync your contacts with yahoo address book, windows contacts, gmail (google) contacts, or outlook and you can sync your calendar with outlook. If you have none of those just sign up for a free account with windows or gmail.

Are you sure this will not remove the contacts on my iPhone and replace them with the contacts (there are none) on my new computer?

I am using Windows Mail which came with MS Vista. How do I upload them to my Windows Mail e-mail account?

I just did this last night when switching itunes to a different computer. You will get a prompt from itunes do you want to add contacts from iphone to contanct on computer...
