Quick note about iPhone crashes from new user

Got my new iPhone last night at the local Apple Store in San Francisco, CA.
I don't want to start a wave of complaints but this thing (while completely cool and entertaining) is very easy to crash. I mean *very easy*!
I can be in the iPod function and poke round my music collection and within 1 minute it will crash and take me back to the main menu. I know that the new software, promised for tomorrow, will allegedly fix crash bugs, battery life and other important stuff, but it's kinda ridiculous that they actually released something this buggy.

Your complaints are neither new nor applicable to 100% of users. I've had my iPhone for a bit over a month (about 6 weeks now) and have only had a few crashes in that time, all of them with 3rd party apps and all fixable by a reset of the phone or a reload of the App from the online store.

That being said, sorry to hear you are having problems.

Yeah nothing new here, best bet is to wait till Friday then judge it. btw i agree the 2.0.x release has been very bad. and Jobs and Co. know it...
