Keep iPod touch?

Hello,

I already posted this in the iPod touch forum so sorry if you've seen this already.

I just renewed my cell phone contract and got an 8Gb iPhone. The thing is, I already have a 16Gb iPod touch. For all you iPhone owners, is there any reason for me to keep the iPod touch or should I call back, upgrade to the 16Gb iPhone and get rid of the iPod touch.

I had a 16GB ipod touch, when I got my 16gb iphone I sold the touch,. I did not need both...

I have both a 16 gig iPod touch and a 16 gig iPhone 3G but I never use the touch anymore. Sell the touch and buy a 16 gig 3G.

yea i agree no point both can basically do the same except that the iphone is a phone and does everything the itouch can.

Yeah, I think that I'll get rid of the Touch. The only thing I'm worried about is the massive resale value drop of the Touch after tomorrow's announcements. Well, that's life right...
